To become a titleholder in the Purchase District Pageant:

1. Submit $222 application payment by clicking button below. (all payments are final and non-refundable) Please include your email when paying.
2. You'll receive an email to complete the application form that will be provided to you upon payment completion.  
3. By submitting this payment you acknowledge you have read and accept our Rules and Code of Conduct, understand you will comply with monthly coaching/social media requirements, and complete the Crown to Calling coaching program at least 90 days prior to your state or national pageant.
4. You acknowledge that this application fee is non-refundable.
